im a vegan teenager im 15 years old. i have a varied diet of nuts, nut butters, fruits, vegetables, and beans like alot of lentils, garbanzo, black beans. i make my own combinations like a chef. i also love quinoa and couscous...but i also looooooooove a nice almond butter sandwich on two slices of whole grain bread. is it ok if i eat ONE sandwich like this everyday? i exercise like swim, walk from school, pickup groceries. help?
