Evaluate my grocery list, please? :D?

If you are only eating those things on your list then you are indeed getting a healthy diet. Fish is a good protein to have so eat it at least 3 times a week or intersperse with Tofu or some other soya product. However no matter how healthy these thing are to you, over eating will still make you put on weight so be very careful.
