It's not going to kill you, but it's not healthy. Instead have a meal plan that's similar to this: 1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt and 1 fruit for breakfast. A small piece of meat with steamed vegetables (or cooked in hot water) for lunch. and a salad for dinner (salad dressing: balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon olive oil or flaxseed oil and a pinch of sea salt).... and make sure you're drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
