Im a resident in OC, CA, I'm 18, I live with my dad, I have a valid Drivers license, I drive a 1995 toyota. The insurance has my name on it, the car is registered under my dads name. My father is very controlling, he keeps telling me that he's reported the car stolen, I don't know if that's true. But if it is true, would I get arrested even though my name is on the insurance and I live with my dad, Im 18 and I licensed?
