What do you think of my food today?

It sounds good. I don't know what this black bread is though. I hope it has lots of fibre in it. Maybe you could try grilled chicken and vary your protein intake as well like have fish which can be grilled also. Fish needs to be cooked more gently than boiling. Vary the kinds of fruit and vegetables you have as well for vitamins and minerals. And drink the recommended amount of water every day too because it will help your body with digestion.
