Prepping some bean threads (noodles) then using the hot water to cook lentils. What herbs from my garden should I cook with the lentils? I have chives, thyme, organo, basil, rosemary, and tarragon. Also, the lentils bag says not to salt during cooking, but I've never had a problem with that - any comments? Thanks to all who reply!
