Why is Pakistan so westernized? Isn't this blasphemy?

I've 20 channels from Pakistan and have been there. The place has no dress code, Islamic law is invisible, everyone does that boyfriend/girlfriend crap, alcohol is widely drunk and sold, there's nightclubs almost everywhere now. Like is this not supposed to be an Islamic nation? Their shows on tv is pretty comparable to shows here in the West. Sex is now selling there in public, yet this is no blasphemy to Islam. Despite the fact everything there is haraam, its still not blasphemy to them. What a joke.
