Healthy foods I can make and freeze for quick snacks/ meals?

CLEAN AND CUT FRESH STRING BEANS - PLACE ON A ROASTING TRAY WITH GRAPE OR CHERRY TOMATOES - LIGHTLY COAT WITH OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER. BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MINUTES - COOK LINGUINI - WHEN VEGGIES DONE MIX IN A BOWL WITH THE VEGGIES FOR LIGHT COATING OF OIL - THIS CAN BE FROZEN IN INDIVIDUAL SIZED PORTIONS AND MICROWAVED - AFTER COOKED ADD GARLIC POWDER AND GRATED CHEESE - YUMMY.
