There's an app for the iPod and/ or iPhone, it's called My Fitness Pal, it''s really great you can look for thousands of foods either from resturants or people themselves, you keep everything you've eaten in a "diary" an you can also log down exercises, it helps you lose weight within a certain time frame, and will even tell you how much calories to consume a day in order to get to that goal. I recommend this, for it has helped me lose my last 10 lbs.
