How to get toned for summer (middle school girl)? please helpp!!?

Don't eat a lot of fat at night, I don't know your schedule but that's probably the problem, make sure you eat some protein right after you exercise, don't eat a lot of carbs or fat after exercising, that's bad and all that, try doing your exercises in the morning if you can. Do some deltoid and tricep exercises, also do calv everises like jumping. Cardio too and blah blah blah, make sure you don't starve yourself during or after workouts or your body will go to your fat if you have any or your muscles and eat it up for energy.
