When they mean 1800-2150 calories to lose weight, they mean if you don't exercise on top of that. If you do exercise you need to make sure your net calories is 1800 or so. So you can eat 2000 calories and burn 200 through exercise making your net 1800 or you can eat more, or just eat 1800 and don't exercise, though you should move from time to time. Some healthy calorie foods can be maybe some nuts, peanut butter with apples, yogurt, cheese, oatmeal, whole milk. Your diet is great by the way.
