If eat only rice with lentils and beans..and onions or carrots..how healthy would be after 4 months?

i EAT 5 FRUITS AT 10.30 am,lunch and dinner,cabbage,carrots&onions and either a egg or fish sandwich for supper,i have done this for 4 months,i have added rice and salad,toms,onion,celery,a pepper, cucumber,i have lost 42 pounds down to 11.5 stone and feel great
