Where are the civilized online forums?

I've taken a lot of crap from Y!A but when they declared Quebec a sovereign nation and delete questions posted on Y!A Canada about Canadian domestic issues because some uppity American jar head can't mind his own damn business then it is definitely time for me to leave. Z/Z
