Where do I go for a check up?

Me and My boyfriend and been talking about sex a lot recently, we both feel ready, but obviously its not a step im just going to leap into, i want to know everything is perfect before anything happens, and recently i have been worried by a number of lentil sized bumps in the entrance to my vagina, so i want to go get them checked out, but i cant have my parents knowing.. i refuse to go to my local clinic so where do you usually go for these types of things.. and how should i arrange an appointment?
