Well, you have a complete protein, a vegetable a nd a fruit, so it's not bad, but rather than having the same twice a day maybe vary it a bit? Different fruits/veggies? I'm not sure whether you mean you intend to do this long term or for just a week or something to detox or whatever. Bear in mind that you do need some fat in your diet, so whatever the other meal is you have in your day should have some in. I'm not suggesting a fry-up, maybe a salad with olive oil dressing?
