What schools are good for Spanish?

Now I know Middlebury is rated top in the nation but their academic standards are out of my reach. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could give me some schools that have good Spanish programs. Also, if anyone knows the top 3 SUNY schools for Spanish that would also be appreciated! Thanks!
