Hello! I've never had lentils before and am interested in recipes and also eating them plain. Some things I've read said you have to soak and cook them for a certain amount of time for toxins to reduce? I'm new with any legumes not from a can and would appreciate and help you can give me. Also, when sorting, what do I look for? What spices are best with lentils? Your favorite way to eat them? Thanks!
