The cereal is good since it has vitamins in it.Oatmeal is good also. Lentils are terrific food as are sunflower seeds and salad. I think the ice cream could be changed to maybe a sweet potato and the cadbury egg into more strawberries or other fruit.Instead of the muffin,perhaps whole wheat bread and maybe add an egg or some other protein ( meat?) I dont know how overweight you are but do not feel guilty. Just start fresh tomorrow and be certain you get at least 1200-1300 calories.
