Acid Reflux Question?
Just wondering, because I'm on a strict acid reflux diet and I miss my morning cup of black tea with milk and sugar, and I miss the little caffeine pick-up too. I thought maybe I could give green tea a try if it's less acidic. For the acid reflux diet I am off of caffeine, sugar, dairy, and high fat foods. I am eating lots of raw fruits and vegetables, as well as sprouted beans and lentils, as these provide enzymes that are missing in my stomach because of the high acidity in my stomach. I'm not eating a completely raw vegan diet. I still make some cooked meals with legumes and vegetables, and I eat some canned tuna, as it is very low in fat.
